Let‘s take your training from

train-wreck to kick-ass.

Our workshops show your trainers how to bring the sizzle

with effective visuals, memorable messages

and engaging enter-trainment .

Most corporate training sucks.

When your training isn’t awesome, your people disengage and their performance suffers.

There is a better way.

You don’t need to be a presentation ninja to deliver memorable, TED Talk-worthy training.

Our workshops show you how to design effective presentations, beautiful slides, and messages that stick.

“Most presenters are horrible. They make the presentation about themselves, rather than their audience and they under-prepare. To make it about the audience takes skill. Thankfully, Dan Fraser has given presenters the right tools and guidance needed to transform themselves from an amateur to a professional.”

- Mark Horstman, Co-Founder of Manager Tools, Author of The Effective Manager

Dan Fraser is a presentation maven. He takes hard lessons from over 25 years of building and delivering dynamic presentations in government and the private sector - and hands them to you on a silver platter. In 2020 Dan retired from the Calgary Police Service in Alberta, Canada, where he helped to train thousands of officers and partner agencies. Dan uses his experience as a stand-up comedian to help instructors hone their ability to deliver unforgettable training. His book Kickass Presentations is available now!

“Dan Fraser has created a one stop blueprint for aspiring and seasoned presenters, instructors and trainers. In the step by step process he has laid out, you are the benefactor of Dan’s years of experience and expertise as a police officer, trainer, business owner and entertainer in which he has done thousands of presentations.”

- Ron Scheidt, Master Instructor, Community Corrections Institute

During his law enforcement career Dan spent many years as a full time tactics instructor, specializing in training officers to communicate effectively with the public. During his 20 years with the Public Safety Unit (Riot Team), he policed and supervised at hundreds of large events and delivered crowd safety training to numerous partner agencies. He has provided written expert opinions on police use of force. In his last few years he was part of a small working group tasked with researching, procuring, developing and delivering training for a less lethal impact weapon for patrol.

Dan didn’t start doing comedy until his 40th birthday. Since that time he’s performed in three countries - at clubs, dive bars, luxury hotels and bowling alleys! He was the two-time Yuk Yuks Calgary Roast Battle champion.

This experience has given him a unique look into the world of funny, and credibility in training other presenters to inject humor into their own work.
